How to Activate Smart Waiver Integration

Activating and customizing Smart Waiver is simple and can be achieved in a few steps. Here's how to do this:

Activating Smart Waiver

Log into your account.
Go to Settings.
Click on Integrations.
In the Third Party App Integrations section, Activate Smart Waiver.

A pop-up window will appear after clicking 'Activate', here's what you need to do next:



Enter your API Key.
Input your WebHooks Private Key.

After completing these steps, Smart Waiver should now be activated. Your customers will receive a link to the waiver in their confirmation email.

Customizing Your Confirmation Email

To personalize the text in your confirmation email, follow these steps:



Click on Product from your dashboard.
Go to the Emails section.
Find and click on Ticket Booking Confirmation Email, then click Edit.

Now you can customize the email content as you wish, ensuring your clients receive clear and personalized communication.
