HOW TO ENABLE THE MAGIC LINK

Let your customers manage their bookings, so you save time. Give them options - change their ticket into a voucher, change booking date or time, and/or cancel and refund.
You can choose to enable:
(1) cancel and refund booking
(2) change booking date and time
(3) change the ticket to a voucher.
Attach this at the end of your booking confirmation email.

| 2. Attach it to receipt emails. |
ENABLE THE MAGIC LINK
1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Advanced
3. Find 'Booking Management By Customers'
4. Check the 'Enabled' box to activate the feature.
You can choose to enable:
(1) cancel and refund booking
(2) change booking date and time
(3) change the ticket to a voucher.
5. Set the length of notice.
6. Click on 'Update Permitted Operations', and you're done!
ATTACH THE MAGIC LINK TO YOUR RECEIPT EMAILS
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Account E-mails
3. Click on 'Receipt Email' (or Booking Confirmation Emails)
4. Click on Edit
5. Copy + Paste the Code attached below.

6. Click on Save Changes
7. Yay! Your customers can now modify their bookings with a click! ✨🥳
